Mr. Jaidit Brar is the Chief Executive Officer of Syrma SGS Technology Limited, an electronics manufacturing services (EMS) company that provides integrated design and manufacturing solutions to OEMs across automotive, healthcare, industrial, consumer, and IT industries.

Prior to joining Syrma SGS, Jaidit spent 24 years as a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led client relationships with leading automotive, building materials, and energy companies across Asia, headed the firm's Marketing & Sales practice, and earlier set up and led its Electric Power & Natural Gas practice in India and Asia. He has published on energy, growth, and behavioural economics in business.

Mr. Brar holds an Honours degree in Economics and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.
